Dim Sum is by far the best food every invented. I love it more than anything else, of course, noodle dishes come quite close xD

I had dim sum yesterday and today. I even have leftovers. I'm in bliss!!! Yet, I haven't tried that xiao long bao (soup dumpling), which I'm dying to try. A must-eat!

The food is delicious, but my portion left me hungry afterwards.
Ebvardh Boss Actually you go there,collar a waiter,order a plate and tell him to keep them comin' till you're full.It works in the rest of the world especially when you let that waiter get a teeny glimpse of the tip you are going to give him beforehand.Place it discreetly under your plate.This trick was told me by a globetrotting gourmet! Works wonders in spas too.
