I've used a two hundred dollar wireless video set off Ali-Express and found that they are really reliable, never cut out as a fault of its own even at over 60 meters outside, only downside is the bitrate is probably lower than the name brand sets (haven't been able to compare) but still a good option if your just starting out like me.

I may have to grab one of those and look into it. At that price it may be worth buying something less reputable, at least to try out. But I feel like I wouldn't be super confident in it to keep working 😬

The ones I got where black with orange accents they sell the same units with a variety of white label brands that don't matter but mine where "BovBox"

That's funny, I just started thinking about putting a roaming camera out. I didn't really know what to get, I started looking at the transmitting first like wireless SDI or HDMI. Thanks for showing your rig off it gives me lots of ideas.

Great setup for the price! Have you tried the Accsoon wireless transmitters? We run two bmpcc4k’s on the Accsoon Cineview Quads. They have very low latency but are only around $500 for a set. Very good connectivity and great picture quality.

Would you use software like obs to delay and sync the video?

The delay is actually imperceptible compared to our wired cameras! We obviously have to delay the audio a bit (just like everyone), but we just do that in our sound board
