I got to see his parents and the male teacher at the pre party in Istanbul. It was surreal. I got to thank them for Dimash and all contribution to his incredible voice and character. Also the Astana waltz is such a beautiful song. I have it on my playlist. Thank you for your reaction. Love seeing you smile to everything Dimash does.

I also admire the work they do in his country to make Dimash's concerts spectacular. It was the first concert after Singer, many foreigners came, so (I think the ministry) made every effort to sponsor Dimash's concert. Fountains, a large stage, dancers, costumes, many guests, etc. Previously, Dimash also gave concerts, but in small halls, without a huge audience, but in many cities of his country. Additionally, he performed at various cultural events, on television, in various programs, often represented his country abroad, etc. And here the first foreign fans arrived and were very warmly welcomed.
I know Dimash shared often that he is the product of God, his parents and teachers. I know he is so grateful and we are blessed.

Fun fact: in some of his interviews, Dimash said that when he was younger he listened his mother singing in "staccato" (that is an advanced skill for female opera singers) all the time so for him singing well should include "staccato" and he learned this technique by himself as his teacher didn't want him to sing high notes (singing high notes is not what you wait for a professional opera male singer).
So in the Diva Dance the singer need to use "staccato" a lot. You will find some people trying to sing this song too, but they are all female opera singer... Dimash as a male singer can do it with so much precision, and that makes what he does in Diva Dance just unbelievable!

Its funny, both of the women are opera singers and you can hear it in their delivery. And Dimash's dad and Teacher Marat are not, although they probably might have had operatic training. Great reaction Carmen, a lovely reaction.

You should watch the other video where he sang with just his mom and dad and at one point during the performance he knelt down and sang toward his grandma by the way love your Sunday Dimash reaction. There is so much more to hear and see.

Dimash's mom is a local beauty title holder. It was funny because she joined a beauty pageant once and one of the judges was Dimash's father. She ranked 2nd because her future husband did not give her a good score. When she joined again, she was crowned as the winner as Dimash's father was not among the judges.
