The reason there is a so-called income pay gap is because more and more people getting employed in unskilled jobs where minimum wage if that is even the threshold is the norm. Educate people and they will be forced to get better jobs and higher paying jobs. Allowing idiots and unskilled people to get paid more and more does not incentivize any of them for higher education or at the very least to do job hunting for similar but higher paying jobs.

I more than respectfully navigated five professions and have had a great life that I'm sure could only have been afforded me in California, or, shall we say, in what California once was. The democrats have incrementally and deliberately sealed up all that potential in the name of securing political dominance at any cost. Areas where even a woman could take a late-at-night stroll, are filthy with homeless drug addicts. The price of everything is out of control and regulations make it virtually impossible to succeed in small business. It has become the absolute flipside of what it once was. Newsom and his criminal cohorts have imported and made citizens those who will vote for their pandering, making it nearly impossible to turn this situation around. Do not be seduced by the scenic beauty and the weather; moving to California could easily be your undoing.
