If his windows were down, they could see if he wasn't wearing his seat belt? He looked suspicious? His licence plate was not registered since the vehicle was just purchased? Who knows. 🤷🤷 I once was pulled over for not having my seat belt on. My car had tinted windows but they were rolled down. I complied to the officers request (proof of ins and DL). I took full responsibility for my actions and accepted the ticket because I broke the law. Lesson learned, wear my seatbelts when operating my vehicle. Simple as that. If I had a list of criminal activities maybe I would do the same thing this guy did. 🤷🤷
