I flew with AirAsia twice earlier this year and had heard their all-round service wasn't great....well I am happy to say I thought they were excellent, and to be honest I don't think I've ever seen so many beautiful flight attendants as I did on those flights. If I ever visit Asia again I will definitely use AirAsia again.

Thank you for this rare insider footage of AA interview. I could see that the interview format is a bit different than the one I've been to like there were no English Test before 1 to 1 interview. Maybe this is an invitation only interview after online candidate pre-selection as the number showing up is like around 30. Normally it would be around 300 to 500 candidates at one time. Keep uploading cool videos like this! 😉

Already 2nd time joined airasia iv ,but still didnt get lucky until final last year .. And now the pandemic ,my weight gained more🤣hoping when the pandemic finish I lost my weight

One to one interviews should be held in individual rooms not one big room as shown in this video, you don’t want to hear other people’s interviews at the same time as yours and sometimes it can be a bit humiliating especially if you struggle to answer simple interview questions. Interviews can be a nerve racking experience for some people and this can be made worse if it’s in front of a lot of people.
once the candidate was hired.. they will face lot more questions by the pax and lot more to be humiliated by some unruly pax.. so it’s your call.. take it or leave it.. pls be more positive 😉 and you will see your future much brighter.. #lifeistoshort
