@@paramkaur1055company decides it and they can call u any time be it day or at night there is no proper schedule no proper sleep schedule basically your life becomes hell as u dnt get to eat and sleep on time

But when I was doing researche about Indian flights, I came to know about wage rate and layovers which other companies may not provide but Vistara and Indigo *does.* And also I'm joining domestic flights just for experience so why not choose the A1 company?
