EDIT #2: The video was fixed!
Quick note: The musical score is off. The part that starts with Happy Birthday is currently in the wrong spot, it starts playing at 5:21 into the video but it should be playing it at around 4:30. That also offsets the music from the second musical device as well and I think it truncates the final song so we don't get to hear it. EDIT: I found out why. The original video in Russian (czcams.com/video/_SvI0hvPH2c/video.html) has an extra (ad) segment in between the magnifying glass and the bug bite reliever, but the music score wasn't adjusted when that segment was removed for this video. The final song is in the Russian (linked) video.

Re the hand flippers: I am a new product developer, and love to swim up to 3kms a day. About 5 years ago, I thought of the idea for hand flippers to help my times. In my research to start designing them, I actually found these exact ones already being made. So I bought several pairs. They're made of silicon, so are very hard to put on. So I lathered up my hands with soap first and then it was easy. They really do work, mostly with your triceps. You can feel them burning. They're actually brilliant and make your swim like a gym workout. The problem is the membrane in between, it breaks easily. So went through quite a few pairs until I bought webbed gloves made of wetsuit material. But definitely worth getting for any sport in the water.
