  • No brakes on this one. Just have to land it and roll it up into the tall grass!

I owned one back in 1998-2002. Great flying little plane. Not at all good with any cross-wind. BRS a must, in my opinion. That's cheap life insurance according to my wife, lol! The BRS was more expensive than what I gave for the plane! I paid $1500, and back then the BRS was $2000....Lots of fun!

I had a makeshift brake system from the previous owner. A lever pulled a cable, which engaged a friction brake on the tail wheel. It was better than nothing...

I had differential brakes on my main gear. Worked great for steering.

Mr Glemba, does Digger have any contact info? I'm trying to get all the Hummer owners into a group sp we can collaborate and get more life in these machines

I haven't seen or heard of a Hummer since 'Austflight' offered Me a flight after I'd got to 'Solo' level in their Drifter ( Wayne Fisher was the trainer ) at Ballina NSW Australia. I nearly said yes... I just had no experience with vtails or spoilerons.. so I said no. Seeing this I sort of wish I said yes.

How does where the prop is effect the pitch? Why did they put it so far back?

Why does "narrator" say no rudder? Those are ruddervators, just as good.

zenoah 250cc G25 B 20 -25 hp.People have them lying around. You might try a rotax 277 and move it forward a little bit. The zenoah is too far back anyway.
