Today I’m gonna oil my hair with avocado oil, leave it overnight, to see what it can do to my hair dry in only 8 hours so make sure to oil hair with unrefined virgin avocado oil to get all the moisturizing benefits from it. ⚠️ Please do not use avocado oil if you are allergic to it ⚠️

Avocado oil actually penetrates the hair cuticle rather than sitting on it so it deeply moisturizes dry-damage hair, seals the hair strands and protects hair from sun damage. Also avocado oil when it's used on the hair has the ability of preventing and reducing breakage from hydro fatigue which is basically the constant swelling or puffiness of the hair when absorbs too much water so if you suffer from this including this oil in your hair routine is a good idea.

What has been some of your top/favorite hair care experiments you have tried that you still use? There’s so much on your channel!
Hi well these change depending on the needs of my hair. But at least every month always do protein treatment because its important for your hair in general so I do rice water rinse (twice a month) and green tea rinse+apple cider (for the rest of the two weeks) when I have extra time I like to do the coconut milk hair mask. Right now oiling hair before shower with avocado oil somedays because my hair is dry due the cold water and it seems to be helping my hair a lot 😊❣️

Or I should use only one oil for month then use the another oil another month
Hi love 🌟 first if you have one oil that does wonders to you hair I’ll recommend to stick with it. But if you haven’t found the one or want to test others try for at least two weeks (using it once a week or twice) and then you can try other oil and so on... at least that’s what I do to keep haircare more consistent 🌟 hugs!
