When I put it in, I use the inversion method(flip your head upside down and massage for 4-5 minutes) and then leave it in for at least two hours before washing, if not overnight To break it down: - Rosemary oil once per week - massage into your scalp upside down 4-5 minutes - put your hair in a braid or loose bun - leave the oil in for 2 hours minimum, don't exceed 12 hours - wash out the oil with a clarifying shampoo and then a moisturizing shampoo - and then gently dry your hair with a cotton t-shirt or pillowcase Remember that growth isn't all about the scalp. It's about keeping your ends healthy. The cotton t-shirt will help prevent split ends while your hair is wet, and braids will help to protect your hair at night, make sure you're using scrunchies and not regular hair ties.I also like to use coconut oil on my mids and ends( NOT YOUR SCALP- PLEASE!) at least twenty minutes before EACH hair wash. You don't want to do Rosemary oil or the inversion method too often, or your scalp will get used to the increased blood flow, and your hair will grow at its normal pace. Many people have only used the inversion method for one week each month, and their hair grew anywhere from 1 to 4 inches. Four inches is highly unlikely, but if your hair already grows fast, this could be possible. However, I've found that one day, every one or two weeks works best for me. I use Mielle hair oil, which costs about 10 dollars for a small bottle at Sally's, and I get about 7-10 uses out of it on average(you honestly don't need much) you could probably get even more out of it if you used a carrier oil, such as castor oil, but I don't since my scalp isn't as sensitive as most. This is all the advice I have, I know you don't want to hear this, but this may not work for everyone, it's a bunch of trial and error, but I really do hope this helps!

Using natural oils during scalp massages really helps in hair fall control. Oils like coconut, onion, and rosemary can be especially good. I mix a few drops of rosemary oil with my liitlleextraa coconoin hair oil shampoo duo, and this really worked in seeing good hair growth.
I had started using the Littlllextra Cocoonion hair oil and shampoo in May, and after three months, I have noticed a noticeable difference in my hair growth. Previously, I had sparse hair, but now I feel my hair has become dense and thick. I plan to continue using this oil.
Egg yolk and mayonnaise is a myth because it just bonds to to the outer layer of your hair and doesn’t penetrate the hair shaft. Stick to using cold pressed oils such as argan and baobab oil. I combine these two oils with coconut oil and it works wonders because the oils are rich in vitamins and fatty acids and are small enough to penetrate the hair shaft and can absorb into your scalp. Also if you are using these oils and then using regular shampoo you are essentially stripping those oils from your hair in an unhealthy process. Only use poos that is Sulfur free.

ONE N ONLY ARGAN OIL moisturized my hair better than I ever anticipated! I used the pricier MOROCCAN ARGAN OIL before trying a sample of the ONE N ONLY. One N only brand is so much less expensive and has done more for my hair than my Moroccan Argan oil. Also, I did not combine it with any other oils. I just left it on my hair overnight. oh no, if you use essential oils such as rosemary oil you HAVE to dilute it. even if it’s “natural” it’s a very concentrated, harsh chemical. you need to dilute with some other oil or substance in a 1:30 ratio AT LEAST (1 being the essential oil)
What kind of glass dropper bottle should the argan oil be stored in, does it need to be in a dark bottle (blue or brown)? Also does it need to be kept in a dark place away from light? :)

im not sure if you’ll see this, but i put argan oil in my hair last night and also with it on like you did, but when i washed it out i waited for it to dry and it just looks oily. it looks like the oil is still in my hair and i was in the shower for like 30 minutes. is there like anything you know that i could do?
Hey 🤍 that’s super weird normally argan oil is extremely light so that’s why I’m surprised you end up with greasy residue. When I used heavy oils I used a green tea rinse before shampoo to loosing up the oils in my hair 😊 so try that for sure next time ✨

oh no, if you use essential oils such as rosemary oil you HAVE to dilute it. even if it’s “natural” it’s a very concentrated, harsh chemical. you need to dilute with some other oil or substance in a 1:30 ratio AT LEAST (1 being the essential oil)
What kind of glass dropper bottle should the argan oil be stored in, does it need to be in a dark bottle (blue or brown)?
Also does it need to be kept in a dark place away from light? :)
As long as the bottle is a dark tinted colour it doesn't matter blue brown or green 😊
what if my argan oil gets all cloudy from below like all the cloudy stuff is just sitting at the bottom. is it still safe to use it for my face/hair?
Yupp it is an indicator that argan oil is pure and unrefined ...and all the vit and minerals are still in there

im not sure if you’ll see this, but i put argan oil in my hair last night and also with it on like you did, but when i washed it out i waited for it to dry and it just looks oily. it looks like the oil is still in my hair and i was in the shower for like 30 minutes. is there like anything you know that i could do?
Hey 🤍 that’s super weird normally argan oil is extremely light so that’s why I’m surprised you end up with greasy residue. When I used heavy oils I used a green tea rinse before shampoo to loosing up the oils in my hair 😊 so try that for sure next time ✨
Apply the shampoo before you get the hair get … that helps ,e
If you have fine hair, use way less oil
Use less oil (1-2 dropper’s full) and only leave it on for 4hrs max before your hair wash !
