The lighting was superb!
Stands out with great potential from the start, but after a few match cuts it seemed like the thought of coffee was removed from our protagonist's mind, with the match cuts of coffee only being an editorial afterthought. I lost connection with the protagonist after 00:30, and felt like I was just watching any random person doing random person things. The ending was also very random and made no sense, even symbolically. That said, the composition of the shots, the balanced colors and acting performance was really, really well done!

agree. loved the way it was filmed. the shots of the coffee could decreased less and less and he carried on his day without it.

It’s all so template and typical 😢 there are so many such short videos and they’re all like a copier. A short cut with a quick change of frame at the beginning, then an attempt to express a deep thought in simple frames - all this is very banal 😢
I disagree, for a film school project this was great! Especially it being a cinematography project. As students this is great work.
