  • 5 Stages Of Death And Why We Need To Know #sadghuru #death #inspiring #meditation #motivational
In his teachings, Sadhguru explores the five stages of death as a profound insight into the human experience and the nature of life itself. He describes the first stage as "sthiti," the maintenance phase where the body is sustained by the life force. This is followed by "sambhara," the stage of accumulation where the body gathers impressions and experiences. The third stage, "pralaya," is a transitional phase where the body begins to disintegrate, marking the onset of death. Sadhguru emphasizes the importance of being aware of these stages, as they offer a deeper understanding of life's transient nature and the need to seek a higher purpose beyond mere physical existence.
As the body progresses through the stages of death, Sadhguru explains that the fourth stage, "nasha," signifies the dissolution of the body's elements back to their source. This stage represents the ultimate detachment from the physical form, leading to the final stage, "vyaya," where the body returns to the elements, completing the cycle of life and death. Through these stages, Sadhguru illuminates the impermanence of life and the profound opportunity it offers for spiritual growth and realization.

if you are in full anesthesia, your Udhana Vayu, your buoyancy is gone too. and all the tension in your joints and muscles. so this process is not associated only with death. and why? because it effects the periphery, not the core.
