I thought we were taught in public school how great our system of government was with checks and balances. I had pride in in our country. It turns out it is only as good as the people in office. Really disheartening.

Drumpf went from "There was no crime" to "I'm innocent of the crime" to "I should be immune from punishment of the crime." That's a long setup to say, "It's me. Hi! I'm the problem, it's me!"
If the Supreme Court rules that he's immune from prosecution for acts committed while in office, there will be ZERO restrictions to prevent a leader from becoming tyrannical.
