Our KSEE location is able to issue the I-20 which goes towards the issuance of an M-1 student visa. We don't have that ability at our Torrance, CA location (...yet!)

The dispatch and fuel jobs are paid or voluntary or mandatory

Great question! The Dispatch position is paid and not mandatory. Klyde just happens to work at Dispatch but most of our students don't. We wanted to show what Dispatch normally does, including fueling planes for our pilots. Our CFIs also fuel planes, so if you join the program and become a CFI then that is something you might be doing at Sling Pilot Academy.
