POUSSIN CHICKEN RECIPE IN URDU / HINDI / Boht Asaan Aur Mazedaar

  • For Boiling :
    Water 1 liter
    Chicken legs with skin - 1 kg
    Salt- 1 tsp
    Red chili powder- 2 tsp
    Garlic paste - 1 tsp.
    Bring water to boil and add the above ingredients and boil chicken for about 15 minutes and then deep fry chicken for only 12-15 minutes.
    To make Poussin Sauce:
    Vegetable Oil - 1/2 cup
    Margarine - 1 tbsp
    White vinegar/ 1 tsp
    Salt- 1 1/2 tsp
    Red chili powder- 1/2 to 1 tsp
    Spanish Paprika - 4 tbsp
    Make poussin sauce and add chicken to it .
    Enjoy 😉 with poussin chips / fries 🍟
