Indeed a quality video... Shown the real people. Just adding into it that, RMS Section coach, which was damaged most, consisting of various public mails, parcels and other important documents both of people and Govt. were also rescued by Department of Posts officials, who were present at the spot from the very beginning. Though not such an important act of bravery, but officials of Department of Posts are also among the unsung heros. Pertinent to mention that one of the RMS Section staff lost his life on spot and three of them received major injuries and fighting for life at NBMC&H, Siliguri till date.

Railway is huge network and maintaining such huge network is big challenging task.
Respect for Railway for keeping Railway system running throughout the year 24 by 7.
Railway must ensure locomotive pilot are appointed additional to requirements as locomotive pilot guard and ground gang man are those keep Railway running.
Railway will have analysis in depth on overcoming the flaws in the system as there is something fishy in this incident. Appears to be communication gap and improper coordination on ground which lead to such.
Government must look for privatizing Railway wherever can be.
Automaton gps in trains locomotive should be and locomotive pilot train communication must be with central Railway control room all the time with route updates live status must be available with both parties.
Station master issuing instructions like should be removed.
Railway system needs more reforms and transforming to modernized system.

These ground workers are least cared about by IR .. every train has around 20 bogies of AC coaches but for workers, labourers and large scale low income group people only 2 general coaches .. why ??? For whom railway is.. rich or poor ..
