And music is not haram according to many scolars but we are mullah generations.
Not just Pakistan but south Asia's working classes. The elites pursue whatever they want, Rich can afford some hobbies, But working class poor people are stuck in the crab nature of mocking each other over hobbies and pulling each other down
When I was a kid my father used to do each little thing in our home by himself and I used to wonder why he do this.😂 Now I'm 24 and I lived in Karachi for 4 years as a bachelors student we used to do everything by ourselves, now me and my father moslty do little things by ourselves like solar wirings, hanging curtains, doing hardware work. 😂
My hobby is learning new formulas and functions in Microsoft Excel 😅

Yaar ye log jo kh rahe hai "hobbies are haram" bhai ap kon se nashe ker ke a rahe ho? Scrolling on tiktok/yt shorts/reels is much worse yet i can promise you most of you people do that. Watching these is much worse than reading a book

Hazrat Umar found of Wrestling, Hazrat Hamza had a hobby of hunting. Poor people never read their own Islamic history. Many Sahaba was found of horse riding or sword fighting.
Last 3 years se main ne stray animals ko feed karna karna or as pass planting ki ab kafi log motivate ho kar apne resources ke according kar rahe hen and it's very good for us 😊
You are so right Junaid Bhai. I used to be in saudia before there is used to indulge in countless productive activities daily. When I moved to Pakistan here life was so hectic and non barkati that all my day was spent in survival activities only

Video I never realized I needed. Thanks, i do read books, play video games often, learn new skills online via courses and weekend is booked for cricket. I was literally thinking the same about these chai gatherings as i recently stopped smoking so I thought to myself whats the purpose to be on these hotels ? It's just a waste of time.

Hobbies gives you a sense of purpose for your life. When in the middle age, you end up achieving and securing every basic thing like marriage kids and finances. Then you start having mid life crisis and the reason behind this is, no sense of purpose for life.
