- Lakers signed Blake Hinson to a 2 year contract on a 2 way deal. This Lakers News is welcoming given the quality of player Hinson is and the impact he can have immediately. Rui Hachimura is in several Lakers Trade talks, and if he was traded, Lakers Nation could lean on Blake Hinson to fill the void.

Lakers are going to the Finals this year.
This team won a championship in 2020, went to the WCF in 2023 and probably would've went to the Finals or back to the WCF if we didn't meet Denver in round 1.
They need to get the role players right though for us to make another long run. I'm not sure they can add enough to beat Boston though.
While I'm at it, why are people so stuck on hanging onto Austin Reeves? You'd swear he was an MVP candidate this past season. Get him out of here if it means we can get better 2 way players.

Health, continuity, and luck is what Lakers need. There is no trade that is going to move the needle. LaBron is unlikely to play more than 60 to 65 games. Rui has a year of understudy. For once Lakers, try some continuity. Unless the Lakers are truly lucky, they are going to be a middle of the pack team fighting for play=in spot.
You do know that Rui in the starring line up changed the whole season if they started the year with the lineup they would be a top 3 team

Hinson isn't ready for that yet. His 3pt slider is all the way up but his other attributes need work. He's not there yet.

Lakers show too much loyalty to players that remain stagnant and do the same thing every year , everybody but Lebron and A.d should be up for trades , Reaves is good but he’s not a all star or superstar, he’s more like the 4th or 5th best player on the team . A good role player but there’s better out there that we could get for him and lakers scared to give him up when we could land who we actually need for Reaves .
