None of this is working on the latest install of CC. When choosing warp you cannot choose the secondary warp functions(greyed out) unless you rasterize the layer. Once rasterized you cannot select more than one point at a time. So, I cannot complete this tutorial.

CC is very old, CC stopped 2 years ago in 2019. This is Photoshop 2021, and the layer is rasterized if you watch the video.
