Getting to Wingra Park and Boats by bike from the UW Arboretum

If you want to rent a boat and check out Lake Wingra, head to the Lake Wingra Boat Livery. Here’s a quick way to get there once you finish your ride through the UW Arboretum. It’s a quick 1.7 mile ride which this video shows you over its 6:41 run time. This was recorded on May 13th, 2024 using a DJI Osmo Action Camera mounted on a 2023 model Evelo Omega electric bike. I try to stay away from busy streets as much as possible. While I don't worry too much about riding in traffic, there is always a chance of a close interaction with a car/truck.
