If you have 3 potatoes and 1 egg, cook it this way! I wish I had tried this potato recipe before! This is the new way to make mashed potato. The potatoes in a frying pan with red pepper and lot of fresh greenery - it's a real pleasure! If you are tired of the usual boiled potatoes, you should try this potato recipe, very hearty and tasty.
Step-by-step recipe:
- 700 g of potatoes cut into small pieces;
- Pour cold water and boil for 15 minutes;
- Add 1/2 tsp of marjoram and 1/2 tsp of salt;
- Add 1/4 tsp of black pepper;
- Mash the potatoes, let it cool completely;
- Add 1 egg and stir;
- Add 3 tbsp of flour and stir;
- Chop 15 g of dill and add to the puree;
- Cut 1 red pepper;
- Chop 15 g of green onion;
- Mix everything well;
- Cut into cubes 100 g of mozzarella cheese;
- Put a piece of mozzarella in potato;
- Roll in breadcrumbs;
- The thickness of the potato patty should be about 1.5 cm;
- Place in hot oil and fry until golden brown;
- Potatoes are very soft and tasty!
Ingredients:
- 700 g of potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon of marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 15 g of dill
- 15 g of green onion
- 1 red pepper
- 100 g of mozzarella cheese
- breadcrumbs

We have it in Indonesia but different..we don't out cheese, just booked potatoes and mix with spring onion, nutmeg and peppercorn powder, fried shallots and garlic, salt, and deep in egg and then keep frying🙂 in Indonesia we say, Perkedel.

Then when frying, your entire pan will be covered in cheese, of course you can try, but everything may not be as good as it seems! 😀 Mozzarella is not the kind of cheese that should touch the pan!
