I’m graduating this June from my FM residency program and have accepted a job in a part of the country I’ve been wanting to move to for over 10 years now and going to be starting work as a hospitalist towards the end of July. So excited!!
Dr. Lindsay, I’d like to hear your advice about my constant need to “pop” my ears. It feels like my ear canals might be blocked with wax? It’s the same type of feeling you get when you’re on the airplane or rapid change in elevation. Hope that makes sense! Thanks I’m advance

why in digital blood pressure my heart rate is high but my heart rate in phone app is just right and my aunt say is just okey what can I do pls answer this
Hi Doc, first of all will you be my personal doctor? Lol and secondly how important it is to get blood work done if you’re considering doing sterilize or any testosterone enhancement and what would be the regular test level?
Lol, hello :) Testosterone levels are not included in routine blood work for adults so if you are concerned you can speak with your doctor about getting it checked.
With telemedicine, at least with my company I get paid per patient. So it depends on how many patients I see and sometimes that can vary. Currently I am doing part time telemedicine work and working on my business on the side :)

I am sorry you experienced that. People can be cruel. You might just have a very fast metabolism. Or it’s possible you are not getting enough nutrients or have a parasite? I would check with your local doctor if you can. Best wishes 🙏🏼

@@abhishekkumardu Yes, our bodies need the proper balance of fats, proteins, and carbohydrates. Your weight distribution and metabolism can change with time though and it's never too late to get the proper nutrients. Hang in there~

Finishing residency in eastern Oklahoma and starting hospitalist position in southern Oregon. So exited!!! ☺️

Keep in mind, Blood pressure readings can be inaccurate if the cuff is too big for your arm.
