I think I got it. The disappearing act that Penn alluded to at 5.06. But it was a great trick all the same.
Jason's illusions are second nature to him; I've seen his work up-close and in person many times and he never fails to amaze. And he's a really great guy, to boot!
Love this trick! So often, mentalism breaks down to either a so-called prediction or an act of mind reading. This effect could have used either of those premises, but instead Jason went with the idea that he has a freakish talent for guessing exact distances. Nice twist!
