Alister didnt get the Seal in his opening hand in either one of his duels against Kaiba. Mai didn’t draw it in her opening hand in her second duel against Joey. Rafiel didnt draw it in his opening hand against both his duels against the pharoh. Valon didn’t draw it at all against his duel with Duke and Rebecca. He also didn’t draw it in his opening hand against Joey either. There was also a duel with Yugi vs the pharoh, and yugi didnt draw it in his opening hand either. The people who did draw it in their opening hand was Gurimo, Mai, Rex, Weevil, and Dartz. That still is pretty lucky all things considered, since they all had at it at 1 copy in at least a 40 card deck. Except maybe Dartz, i could see that cheating bastard with 3 copies of it lol.
