Low Refresh Rate LED, and the frame rate of the camera combined makes the effect. Look another cars do the same effect, mostly american cars or the DRL lights. Cheaper but could make you feel tired sooner.

A little suggestion from a long time viewer of this channel. Please don't do HDR videos. They suck to watch as they are unusually bright and annoying to see. Keep it simple to normal HD 4K quality with no HDR
i like it. this next trip im going to experiment with smaller file sizes and non hdr. just to make this simpler. thanks for the feedback!
Told this guy a year and a half ago... Many spoilt videos it looks horrible because he found a new Toy to play with... I told him 95% of viewer's don't have hdr supported devices, your wasting your time and especially on youtube smh
