Just a tip - Switch off HDR on your stream or screen. Should be in your settings because the stream is VERY bright. I’m unsure if that’s the problem but I’m almost sure of it cause my stream use to do that. Anyways keep up the work!!😌

it's not easy to reach 5 star. I had to reach lvl 10 vet skill and also my employee lvl 10. That time I only had 1 employee and manage to get 5 star but only for a day only 2 or 3 customers gave 5 star the rest only give 4. My clinic now change ownership so new boss still upping her skill. Employee manage to get 2 of them lvl 10. I'm not sure does charisma has anything to do with it.

@@plumeriaplay some say you need to say good pet some say you don't have to. I think is about having the patients come in and out quickly. Get your staff to lvl 10 cause mine I had patients giving 5 star that were treated by the staff. When you close shop there is a rating what is lack what is good seems like is not that accurate like no matter how many ambience I increase it still says I need to improve deco. Just increase deco at the waiting area don't have to be the whole clinic
I also see some players use the surgery station rather than the table cause is faster but I haven't tried yet I prefer the table more once you reach vet 10 you can treat patience faster
