सर मैंने अभी 2 दिन पहले रनिंग शुरू की है और मुझे आर्मी की तैयारी करनी है तुम्हें रनिंग किसी साब से शुरू करूं तो किलोमीटर या 3 किलोमीटर रोज करूं
सर जी रनिंग के लिये वजन का भी कुछ रोल हे क्या जैसे मानो under weight होने की वजह से क्या रनिंग का टाईम तूट नहीं सकता क्या?? All about वजन भी मायने रखता है क्या रनिंग के लिये??
