Going at each other's throats and solving matters in a open manner is hard but liberating. At the same time as Jordan says it is a luxury. Women don't have the same "outlets" as men to express anger. I know how we got here but at the same time it's more complex than that.

I took a graduate level speech class in college in the early 90's which was Interpersonal Communication / differences in speech patterns between the sexes. Incredibly helpful in long term capital sales.

I don't get it. If in Scandinavia things have returned to the natural order, why not wait for that to happen everywhere without so much fuss?

"we have no idea how to integrate male and female dominance hierarchies" I think that's the big takeaway here. Although in his example with the law firms, I find it hard to believe that women also don't want to be on top and the reason for the firm's success just as much as men. Or perhaps I'm thinking of masculine western women alone

    Rather generalising!
"...one is that women are more agreeable than men"
"...women are more interested in people, and men are more interested in things"

Women are very hard to understand! My Dad warned me about that! My own wife never fights fair.......she talks too fast and then hits below the belt! I won't fight that way!

You don't have to. Fight with facts and reason and don't get side tracked by emotion. That's how she throws you off, especially if she answers a question with question. Thats avoiding accountability and responsibility.... a women's kryptonite.

BS! Women are very easy to understand! women are just operate under different constrains, while your stubborn refusal to see those constrains, along with your stubborn insistence that there is no difference between male and female constrains makes you think that women are these mysterious and even magical beings, while only your delusions about us are the closest to mystery or magic in this whole situation.
Male M.O. is "fact->thinking->conclusion" - for example: a column of smoke raises in the distance -> smoke is the result of fire -> there is a fire in there somewhere.
      While female M.O. is "conclusion

When women entered the workforce and academia, men treates them like they were men. Women don't realize that, feel they are discriminated/bullied and want to be treates equally, but they ARE.
