    • @KenraProfessional
      @KenraProfessional  Před rokem +2

      Hi Elinor! Great question! Depending on the client's current hair condition, you may need to use a lower volume developer and process for less time. Keep a close eye on the hair as it processes, as it may not need the full processing time as a virgin application normally would. As always, starting with a test strand is recommended before performing a full application to ensure the right products are needed for your client's desired end result. We hope this helps!

      A toner can be applied to either damp or dry hair. In most cases, after a lightening application, the toner is applied to damp hair. Be sure to towel the dry the hair to remove excess moisture in the hair before applying the toner.

    • @KenraProfessional
      @KenraProfessional  Před rokem +2

      Hi Shaelea! This can vary depending on your application timing and section sizes. Ideally, you will start the 45 minute processing when the final piece is complete. If your client has high density hair, you may need to process at different rates and rinse in between sections. You may also need to adjust the volume of developer for each section depending on your clients desired level of lightness. We hope this helps!

      I could be wrong but I feel like it kinda depends on where you are located. I live in a very dry climate, (Colorado), so even when I use a clay lightener, saturate and reapply a bunch; open air just dries so quickly! I end up having to use foils, but it's okay. Still love this process and this technique! Thank you for sharing!

      This technique can be used with other lighteners. You may need to us something such as foil for separation to prevent hot spots. The Clay Lightener creates a cast which prevents bleeding onto other areas.

    Why do you leave out some of the hair?

      Hi Kajsa! Leaving hair out provides depth and dimension and a nice contrast between the highlighted pieces and the natural darkness left in the hair. The darker hair helps to create that pop of the highlighted pieces.

    Muy precioso pero también hay que aclarar que esa técnica en cabello de latina no siempre funciona 😅😅
