Gonna say it.... Vince Young was literally carrying this Longhorns team throughout the entire game... Man was running the football up and down the field.
Yeah he had 19 rushes for 200yards, but the crazy part is Jamaal Charles had just 5 rushes because he was a freshman, if they knew he was as special as he is he wouldve had 30carries, he had 1600yards for Texas 2years later
I don’t think his stats as a QB were ever that great…but his ability to WIN games is unparalleled. His quality factor was being a winner. I wish so much he would’ve had more years in the pros, I just imagine how many more games like this we could of had
