It’s so delicate and beautiful. All the tea sweets are very simple and it’s made to compliment and enhance the flavour of matcha. Nothing extra but more comforting.
more like matcha was made to enhance the flavour of the sweets. Literally all the sweets are made out of the same things. rice, red bean paste, roots, or green tea paste. The tea is more like something to dilute your palate from too much sweetness (but these really aren't that sweet).
These are amazingly delicious! I live in Japan and I've tried these, they are good like seriously! Along with Matcha tea, I really love the taste! And please understand that Japan's priority is cleanliness, everything they do is clean and healthy, I know because I experienced it all since I was a kid.

They look like the type of candies that I would be so excited to try, but then not end up liking it because it's really different from what I had hoped it was
Well they are mostly made out of Beans or Rice. Some are nut or fruit based. Most of Japanese sweets are made with a low amount of sugar. So if you expect some super sweet taste you would be disappointing for sure. The taste is mild and you would not find a very strong flavor. The textures are mostly soft and a little grainy. Some have a jelly texture but way softer than a jelly bean and also way less sweet. And finally they also have the kinds that are like little cakes. I enjoy these sweets a lot, on the other hand my mom dislikes them and says they "taste like nothing". So I guess you have to try them to figure out if you enjoy it or not. But at least now you have a vague idea of what to expect.
honestly you might be right, it is not that very sweet, and it is just food colouring, usually it has nothing to do with taste (they all tastes the same), except red bean paste.

味も楽しめて何回でも楽しめる。和菓子大好き
私が和菓子店の販売員を務めて早四年になりますが、和菓子職人の方はもう高齢でそろそろ、退職を考えていると言われました。毎年上生菓子などの練り菓子の完成度の高さには惚れ惚れしてしまいます。全て手作業で行なっているんです。機械ではなく全て手作業で。今この時代に。時間もかかりますし、沢山作れるわけでもないです、そして日持ちがするわけでもない。だけどお客様は和菓子が季節ごとに変わるたびに、「もうこの季節が来たのね」と微笑んでくれます。衛生面や手袋の使用など、意見は様々あると思いますが、素晴らしく伝統のある日本のお菓子を否定から入るのは辞めていただきたいです。このコメントを見たらきっと。職人の方は相当心が痛むと思います。（長い）

These are amazingly delicious! I live in Japan and I've tried these, they are good like seriously! Along with Matcha tea, I really love the taste! And please understand that Japan's priority is cleanliness, everything they do is clean and healthy, I know because I experienced it all since I was a kid.

Well they are mostly made out of Beans or Rice. Some are nut or fruit based. Most of Japanese sweets are made with a low amount of sugar. So if you expect some super sweet taste you would be disappointing for sure. The taste is mild and you would not find a very strong flavor. The textures are mostly soft and a little grainy. Some have a jelly texture but way softer than a jelly bean and also way less sweet. And finally they also have the kinds that are like little cakes. I enjoy these sweets a lot, on the other hand my mom dislikes them and says they "taste like nothing". So I guess you have to try them to figure out if you enjoy it or not. But at least now you have a vague idea of what to expect.
honestly you might be right, it is not that very sweet, and it is just food colouring, usually it has nothing to do with taste (they all tastes the same), except red bean paste.

道具の一つ一つが全部綺麗。まさに職人。
実際体験したことあるけどまじで難しい。特にあの緑色のバラバラのやつとかやばい
개인적 정말 좋아하는 영상.한천을 저렇게 동그리하게 짜 굳혀 데코한다는건 상상도 못해봤다. 덕분에 많은 도움이 되었으며 다른 디저트에도 응용할수있게 되었다.
