The full blade is called Veiled Sword, which gets upgraded into Truthsinger. My guess? It was called Veiled Sword before due to Noah wanting to hide away this power. Truthsinger comes from him learning the truth of the world.
I have an entertaining head cannon, from the scene where past Noah has a kid before becoming N, he claims to be bad with names and the sword is emphasized, so I think just every incarnation that gets the sword makes a name that he is not proud of a that is why he doesn’t tell Mio. I also think it would be both funny and in character for him to just combine the names of all his friends at the time and end up with “Laeunorin”
