Was really pleased to see you were doing a step by step for this kit as I have it sat on the shelf waiting for me. I'm new to this facet of the hobby having built and painted literally thousands of 28mm figures in the past, a new set of skills to learn so this is invaluable and delivered in a perfect style for me.
Hey Paul, excellent mate its a great kit you will have fun with it, thanks for watching and commenting - Paul :)

I'm going to build the Lancia you reviewed and I'm picking up lots of tips from your video on how to do that. I'm usually building armour, so this is quite different. Keep them coming!
Have fun! Cheers buddy, Thanks for watching and commenting - :) Paul
Great start on an Iconic racer... I hope to build the same at some point (have 3 E30's to build) looking forward to the next installment.
The Beemax kit is great , thanks for watching and commenting - Paul :)
it looks Fantastic...
Nice work Paul!👍🏻
Cheers Terry :)
Hey Paul, I hear a lot of builders laying down a coat of clear before decal. Seams to lay down well the way you did it with out clear. Happy building! Great vid
Ive never applied car decal on clear coat and had no issues, thanks for watching and commenting - Paul :)
@@InternationalScaleModeller I'm going to have to give that a go, as I always do a clear coat before decalling - maybe it's the smoothness of the auto paint as opposed to the much more matt model paints most aircraft/military modellers use?
Fantastic start to the series mate
Cheers buddy, thanks for watching and commenting - Paul :)
As usual great video
Cheers buddy :)
Another great video. 👍
Cheers Jeff, thanks for watching and commenting - Paul :)
Really Enjoyed the Video Paul, KUTGW n I be Watching for More Updates, God Bless All

Thanks for another informative video, Paul. I find the length of the videos just right! Do you have a step by step video or series for any of the bike builds you have done? Thanks for the information, techniques and tips - much appreciated!
Hey Mark i dont mate, i may (MAY lol) do a bike one at a later date well see, cheers buddy thanks for watching and commenting - Paul
Great video fun to watch...just make a note for youngsters that when you switched to lacquers you put your blue latex glove on... so they won't over look it
Why just youngsters? I always wear gloves just forgot when priming
@@InternationalScaleModeller they just less aware to hazards, and if you known in your vids to use gloves all the time, i take my words back....🙂
Paul, you're really a bad boy....
I saw your video at 2am clock here my country and you show us this pie!
Grrr I hungry and Iḿ want one PIE!! LOL and this same of you LOL
Man, more one very nice work I really like your videos and works.
Congrats from Brazil and go a head, but without pie please... LOL.
garonee76 ha ha I really sorry to have shown the pie, glad you like the videos thanks for watching and commenting - Paul
where is possible to by some metallic pulleys for 1/24 scale model cars in EU?
You make Decaling look so easy, What was that brush you were using on the Decals . Was holding Mico Sol ?
Thanks franco, thats a derwent water pen, i did used to have the solutions in them but found they didnt work as well so just use the brush now instead , thanks for watching and commenting - Paul :)
Another enjoyable video Paul, length and style seem just about right to me. Only thing I also didn't like was the appearance of that sneaky mince pie - we haven't got any in the house either! Ta for the heads up on care corner, I've just about run out of the cups I picked up at a show about ten years ago!
Hey keef sorry about the mince pie it was thoughtless of me to show it ;) thanks for watching and commenting - Paul :)
great job
Cheers Alan, thanks for watching and commenting - Paul :)
Hi Paul, g-job!!! Where can i find the micro-files? it s seems a very nice tool... i m falling in love for that!!! Cheers from Italy
Hey buddy you can get the files from myself and lee at www.umpretail.com, thanks for watching and commenting - Paul :)
Great video Paul after you decal the windows do you clear coat them and if so what do you use thank you for sharing
No nothing on the windows at all mate, the process for this is exactly the same as the subaru if you've not seen those vids :) You shop card arrived too mate, did the stickers arrive your end? Paul
@@InternationalScaleModeller nothing yet I will let you know thanks
looks awesome- do you ever use a hair dryer to help set the decals?? I've had very good luck with that
No I just use our solutions :) Cheers Buddy, thanks for watching - Paul :)
Hello Paul! I have heard that you cannot spray Future clear over enamel paint. Is this true and, if so, why? Thanks, Judy in Nova Scotia, Canada
Hey Judy, as long as the enamel has properly cured then you should be fine if not it may crack as the enamel dries at a slower rate that future, thanks for watching and commenting - Paul :)
Another great video Paul.Do you ever deepen the panel lines so they don't disappear under the paint?
Hi david i have in the past but found sometimes it added more work due to mistake from myself, so didn't bother in future, thanks for watching and commenting - Paul :)
I recently brought this kit, and the rear bumper was like a dog's hind leg!
I’ve built 9 of these and never had an issue.
Paul do yoy have the full build video of the e30 Diebels?
Sadly not sorry
When spraying the body with paint are you taping hood underneath? If so the do you paint inside of hood later if your wanting a hood up display?🤔
Jman👀
Its glued down mate, i show it in the video
International Scale Modeller
My bad!😆
Jman👀
Hi Paul.
I’m just about to start this kit and wondered if you ordered the slicks to go with the Scale Productions wheels or did you use the kit tyres?
Cheers Steven.
Hi Steven, I think I just used the kit tyres on this, I should say in the video, but maybe I don't lol
Thanks for the reply Paul.
Sorry if you did mention the tyres in the video Paul I didn’t watch all of the video I just the bit about what wheels you used.
Cheers Steven.
Nice video Paul! You don't use clear coat before decals? You are not afraid of silvering?
No not at all, my paintwork is nice and smooth :), Thanks for watching and commenting :) Paul
Hi, would a pastel pink work as a primer for this color?
I’m not sure to be honest mate
Great video. Happy Lancashire day btw. Any armour builds coming up?
Cheers mate, no no love for armour sorry been there and done it :( thanks for watching and commenting - Paul :)
What size are these wheels? 18"?
Need some tires for the extra set OZ rims.
Yes 18” Cheers mate thanks for watching - Paul :)
How many coats Paul!! How did the Zero Jaegermeister orange compare?
Thats was about 5 coats, the Zero was not as good imo, Splash is defo the superior product but just costs more, thanks for watching and commenting - Paul :)
@@InternationalScaleModellerThanks for the feedback Paul. I always thought Zero paints were awesome, but I am prepared to be proven wrong. I used their Grabber Blue to touch up my real Mustang and the match was perfect. As for Decals, have you tried them without Micro set? I have found the WNW Cartograph decals fall apart with Micro set before application?? In the end I discovered they go down lovely with just a drop of Sol once they start drying. Yeah I know, crazy stuff, but true!!
Had hit and miss results with zero sadly, yes i decaled for years without micro set but after starting to use it i wont go back now :)
Hi Paul. Could you spell the micro file brand... thnx in advance.
Hey Ronald its Sujiborido www.umpretail.com/collections/sujiborido
Cheers Paul. Great video. Wasnt too long for me.
However, DON'T show mince pies without a warning! I haven't got any and at midnight, that cannot be remedied!!!!
Haha lol You cruel man ; )
Ha ha sorry Chris had to stop for a mid decaling snack ;) thanks for watching and commenting - Paul :)
Hello!
vid r just fine
Cheers Neal, thanks for watching and commenting - Paul :)
