Dayum. I always considered my one hour “Jumpstart” course as my flagship course. Now I realise it could be a mini-course and I can create a one hour course each month to end up with my “big” course. Thanks for the aha moment Graham.

I have been working on developing my first course for probably two months now. I’ve done some work on what the course is, but watching this video helped so much because of the tips on the tips on the overall development timeline from beginning to the launch week and, then, the time it takes from there to the close of the launch (the 5 emails). I have downloaded all of the free downloads I have heard so far. I love these videos and podcasts and you really help provide some ease in the process.
I have not launched a mini course. I have been scared to death. However, you are low key, you simplify it down and you are the first person who makes me feel like it's attainable for me! Thank you!

Great vid. really helpful, I sat down today to start planning online courses... I hadn't even considered mini courses. The thought of designing a full course has been daunting. This has been a bit of an epiphany. I have 6 months before I retire from the UK emergency services after 27 years and have vowed to make tutoring art my second life! This has been a huge help. Originally we were going to do a membership site but decided on going the course route because we feel it makes more sense for our current class model. Can't believe I just now found you! So easy to listen to (and look at😉)! Great video! I've been working on a blog for several years (not launched), all while chasing the shiny objects. I have so many ideas for myself, and more recently for my husband and his expertise that he can share. I've been tossing around the course idea, memberships, and definitely want to do POD products along with it. Now that I've watched this, I can see how a mini course can be a quick catalyst for it all! Especially for my husband, because the first mini course could be the first in a series of related mini courses. Thanks for all the advice! I have been in business for over 15 years and I am finally starting to put together some courses for my clients.
