love this video so much! :) your space is amazing! - you could always replace your spot lights with phillip hue bulbs, that way you can control the light brightness/colours :)

HI Steve, Love the video and your others on Peloton equipment. I've just converted my garage to a gym, similar layout to yours. Completed it in Nov 22 and have a Peloton bike and tread. I don't have an air conditioning unit in there though and I have noticed the humidity levels are really high (up to 90% at night at 4C). So I need to short that out. Do you use a dehumidifier or is you humidity controlled with you AC unit?

Sounds like a great set up.
The AC does a great job at keeping the environment just right and can’t think why you’re humidity would be high in a similar set up.
