Some persons install 500cc oil plunger(oil pump) for more oil circulation. And i saw one person he is using AVL engine (machsimo) timing cover for more oil circulation. Is it possible
500 cc return pump is bigger .. AVL case installation may be possible.. i haven't checked.. 😊
Synthetic oil use cheydillel pumping kurayumo,
Mineral oil is enough for old Bullet.. synthetic is more penetrative.. may cause more packing leakages
If lathe work is perfect pumping will be perfect..
My bullet oil pumping is very weak, almost no.Changed oil pump but still problem persists. I'm using cheap local oil as the synthetic one is costly

Floating bush should be of correct dimensions and side play should be as per company spec.. extra manipulation will damage the whole system
