Good morning from Florida I watch this leg training video a lots of times and it have been studying it I have modified it a little bit each time I do it I'm literally getting stronger and I'm dieting the individual legs and the 20 reps is a game changer thanks flex for me you guys keep up the great work don't change keep just the Way you are you and your wife are power couple she is super cute and super supportive you hit the lottery with her can't wait for your content to come out of the UK win or lose you are the champ
