The ethernet cable provided is shielded that is what the silver case is on the side of the RJ45 jack. That is to provide better RFI / EMI protection if the rest of your network is properly grounded. The provided cable would be stranded wire and not solid conductor as the latter is intended to be installed and used within a wall.

Nice review! I can pass along to my neighbor (whose HA Green I'm sure I'll be setting up 🙂)
Question - where'd you get the Torx driver set? What brand did you go with? Looking for a good set myself

The ethernet cable supplied is similar the one supplied with the Yellow, and it is high quality, shielded Cat 6A (as far as I recall).
The green is a great entry point if you have hubs around the place and just want to integrate into one UI. If you are going deeper, then the green will quickly become a bottle neck.
The instructions are very similar to the instructions for the Yellow. That documentation was very nice also, and the way the two devices boot is quite similar, including the heartbeat on the yellow LED.
As much as it interesting, Passmark is not really worth running. Sure, it is a general indicator, but it really doesn't indicate how the Customised and optimised HAOS will run on the device. That said, the Green was never meant as a Raspberry Pi replacement. It's an entry level device for people just dipping their toes in.

Could you explain why it would become a bottle neck. I've been looking into starting a home assistant network with zigbee. Is it worth getting this and sky connect as I haven't used anything like this before and it would seem the simplest way to start for someone like me who isn't a coder

He shows it zoomed in on that battery multiple times, it clearly says 2032 as I am sure you could also see
