Very clever! I've been a top trainer for over 60 years, but never have seen this before. (I don't have big-headed dogs, but this is such important knowledge!). Thanks.

  • @yogiyoda

Thank you. I'm always looking for better ways to choke things. And this looks perfect. I use flat collars on dogs. But this kind of collar is good for using on certain types of dog trainers

Like reinventing the wheel. They've already got slip leads with stops for this. This used to be a dog training channel, now it's like watching newest gadget of the week sales channel.

I have used Leesburg's dominant dog collar for years There is nothing like the control it gives you It is east to teach your students to use it properly as well

  • @BushmanBove

The access cord of a normal slip collar just become an extention of a separate lead you simple adjust your hand position to compensate, absolutely no need for extra arm movement to apply either pressure or a correction. Exactly the same as a 1 pce slip lead.

  • @Rallyon404

The slip collar is on backwards for Heavens sake!

  • @Notinuse850

We use smaller shackles, and didn't know this was a thing. Good to know. No webbing stretches that much... maybe 1/16 of stretch.

  • @frgunawan

it will be perfect if you add stoper, so it can stays up behind the ear

    Great video Ed

My dogs can overpower me with a slip not with a prong. Not aggressive just head strong and my male hates the sound the prong makes putting it on, I have to corner him to get it on.
