I work for a company with many 2020+ pro masters and a few of them the wipers and blower motor for heat/a/c go out at same time then after a few sometimes many restarts thru out the day they start to work again. Only to eventually stop again.
This was a helpful video I checked all of my fuses and they all look OK but this was not the problem. My AC when I turn my van on is making a weird sound like the fan is moving slow and the AC is not blowing any more any suggestions? Thanks
Any idea where i could get either a repair manual or at the least something that would tell what ALL, not some like in the owners manual but all the fuses and relays are for ?? Supposedly there is a radiator fan control relay mounted somewhere. I was wondering if it was in the smaller fuse box behind the larger one shown here. There looks to be a black relay on the right. When I searched parts store websites a control relay popped up several times but it wasn't just a plug in type with prongs sticking out. The prongs were enclosed with plastic (wall) around them and the relay shown on these websites also had a metal tab sticking out with a screw hole in it. It was also linked to a wiring replacement harness also. I tried pulling out the relay I mentioned with no success. Didn't want to break anything. This fuse box is attached to metal bracket with battery size cable attached as if a transfer point location for a controller type looking thing with small fins.

@LehewTech I have a 2016 Dodge Ram 2500 Promaster. The AC doesn't work! Not sure whats the problem but from what I know, the driver side dash, where it shows the outside temperature has no digits. Before when the thermostat showed numbers, the AC would blow COLD air, but now no numbers show on the thermostat, therefore, no COLD air coming out from the AC. The AC button lights up itself, just no COLD air! What would you say the problem is? Im thinking a fuse maybe, not sure if that's the case! The whole AC system works, just no COLD air because of the thermostat showing no digits! Any help from anyone would be great, TIA
I saw a video before on youtube saying that if the outside temperature doesnt show anymore it can be because of the sensor on the driver side mirror for the temperature is broken and is easiest to replace the whold driver side mirror. The video also stated it may effect your ac.

This is Chrysler- Fiat Problem. Was recall for cooling fans failure, dealership for free replaced with new fan module . Now after 2 years again only passenger side fan spinning, drivers side not move at all. Crazy FIAT DUCATO 😢 prototype with Chrysler engine and transmission.

So the dealer cant tell me the correct part number for that black AC relay in center of box. They ordered a relay and it was the one in the top right, said the only other part number they had was a red rectangular relay like the others. Unbelievable the dealer cant help me with this but any chance someone knows the right part number? The center relay looks different than the one on top right so I don't dare try and pop one in and hope for the best. Need the correct one.
I recently had a remote starter installed on my 2017 Pro Master 2500. One week later, my battery was completely dead. I replaced the battery with a new one. It seems that something is drawling power. When I start the van in the morning it struggles and also does it even after a few hours of being driven. Does any one have a remote starter installed and have the same issue? Or....is there something else I should check out?

The two blue fuses ( should be 60amp (blue) & 40 amp (yellow fuse I believe) without A/C cooling fan ) by his fingers in video at 1:42. One is for the main cooling fan & the other is suppose to be for the number two fan which I think helps cool things down when you have the A/C turned on.

Hi there! Of course Promaster just had a recall on the Engine cooling fan. I’ve need a replace on the wiper relay. Don’t think it’s the motor as the wiper works great but came on and wouldn’t shut off until I pulled the fuse. Any knowledge of this? Thanks much.
I have a 14 Ram Promaster 2500 and I noticed driver side fan is the only fan coming on. When I turn my air conditioner on the driver side fan is at high speed and the passenger side is not coming on🤷🏽♂️ I’m exhausted 😢
Mine literally blew out ! Brown and melted around fuse slots. Relay is loose, would fall right out if Box was to be turned over ! F' me. Spent hours and $$$ to build and travel with. $415/mo with ins and there it sits 7 months now

I love your Video. I noticed my blower motor relay has bark coloring could I swap my usb relay to test the blower motor. Does the coloring matter?
How about when the system will not turn on at all for either heat or cooling? Is that fuse/relay related?

I got 2021 promaster and the blower don't work , all fuses are fine but I couldn't find the where is the issue

So if you swap the horn with the blower fuse and the horn doesn't work, the blower fuse is bad?
if you put blower fuse into horn fuse spot and horn still works, you know that the blower fuse, in question, is working.
