    Excellent review of the new Adventure windshield and comparison to the smaller Sport version. I wonder if any vendors at Bike Week stocked either aftermarket or OEM Ryker/Spyder accessories like windshields. A tip for opening a shipping box without damaging the contents. Open the ends first, lift up one end then cut down the middle.

    Hello again! I have a sway bar question. Some say they changed the sway bar to the RojoRon sway bar to help with wind sway on interstate riding. Do you recommend this or do you have another helpful idea? I'm on the 2021 ryker 600 ace. Thanks so much! PS l got the dealership to throw in this adventure windshield l love mine! Thanks in advance for your expertise.

    • @RykerRydes
      @RykerRydes  Před 3 lety +1

      Hi Kelly! As far as the sway bar is concerned, yes it helps a lot, but there is no perfect fix to highway riding instability. Keep in mind you’re on a bike with no doors or windows, yes you are going to get tossed around a little bit. If it is really bad, you might want to make sure and get a laser alignment. I’ve heard that helps a lot.

    A vent in a windscreen creates what is referred to as the Madstad effect (see explanation at Madstad.com). The vent allows a small amount of air behind the windscreen to offset some of the negative pressure and reduce buffeting.
