Allies: you can't do that, it would be bad for our image, many of them are criminals!
Germany: but what if we tell everyone that they're _innocent?_

And a few years later "Damn, the Reds control East Germany. West Germany, you must have an army!"

I love how Drew understands absolutely nothing about the Nordic relationships except the Sweden-Denmark rivalry. He's doing his best...
The Denmark and Sweden rivalry is more of a sibling rivalry, kinda like Texas and Oklahoma, they are brother but they challenge and just hate each other but are just friends
Or how he knows literally nothing about anything except “haha France go backwards”

Our rule here in Denmark is
If you did it, blame the swedes
If the swedes didn’t do it, blame greenland
If greenland didn’t do it, blame the swedes
If neither did it take it to the council of nordic countries
if noone does it as a sonoran id say we get all the blame, atleast it would give us a shred of fame
I love the Nordic cartoon. All the little details! Even the most morbid one with Greenland having the worlds highest suicide rate.
Yeah but an Icelander could never be that long in a room with a Norwegian without a war breaking out about Icelandic history.

You can call it Myanmar or Burma
Technically the US still calls it Burma because they military regime, which is not recognised by the US, changed the name to Myanmar in 1989.

Estonia to Finland: I cannot believe is finally happening! Today is happiest day of my life
the joke being that Finnish and Estonian people pronounce English exactly how it is written and also they understand each other because Estonian language is somewhat identical to Finnish
This is bs. Estonian language still sounds gibberish to us. We can almost understand it but not quite.

8:47 for those wondering
This game is: Papers please
@@last3239 *Y E S*
I like how bornholm just sits there and says rød grød med fløde
The one that starts at 8:40 is based of a game called "Papers Please" which is set in the fictional Communist country of Arstotzka, (Their moto is "Glory To Arstotzka")
Ohio and Michigan have actually been fairly close in the past..... And also nearly went to war with each other, we Ohioans actually gave the michiganders their nickname of wolverines,I forget the specific battle, but during the civil war the Ohio and Michigan units were ferocious, and actually complemented each other on the battlefield fairly nicely
So germany in international politics is like "defend me before i make an army to defend myself we all know what happens when i get a big army so dont make me get one"?
Not really, West Germany had large armed forces during the Cold War (the military was founded in 1955).
It was basically at the reunification in 1990 that the other countries (France, UK, USA and the Soviet Union) told Germany that it can’t have a large military (the maximum number of allowed soldiers is 370.000, back then West Germany had half a million active soldiers and in the case of a mobilization a planned combat strength of 1.3 million) and now they’re (of course apart from Russia) complaining that Germany has no powerful military 😂

Hi Drew, giving/receiving red packets (normally with money) are a tradition for Chinese New Year, and it symbolizes blessings from your older relatives, which you only receive after wishing them good fortune and a happy new year etc. So it's not birthday money, just saying :P Great video tho!

Drew, about 2:26... if you want to try it DON'T EAT IT RAW. Seriously, cut into thin slices, fry'em up in a pan, and enjoy with whatever carbs you can find. Japanese and Hawaiians alike usually go for rice, so that would be a nice exotic meal of the day, no?
