I was helping my sibling get to hammerlocke when they were trying to progress, I said I wouldn't run into any pokémon so that I didn't have to go back to the center. The first thing I do - run into a Rhyhorn. It was a full-odds 1/4096 square shiny. We almost failed it.

YO Dan, I just got two shiny slowpokes shiny back to back getting ready to for the dlc. you've been super motivational ever since covid I've been hatching and doing all sorts of stuff to get shiny pokemon and so of today I have 328 shiny pokemon caught in sword. I'm really thinking on making my own channel for just this.

It's amazing how I get shinies quickly like I got falinks in 6 eggs where it takes him 1020 but when I'm currently hunting one that hes already got it takes him about 75 where it takes me about 400 shots

You just need a bit of confidence and dedication. But don't get too confident, or you might fail a shiny. Always remember: All the greatest shiny hunters have failed a shiny at least once.
Well yes, but this comes from a person who has been shiny hunting a Rookidee of all things for a month (me)
It's all about the chances. Sometimes it takes 5 eggs/encounter and sometimes it takes 20.000 depending on the method. The thing is that as long as you keep it up it will eventually happen.
@@leebezzina8819 Try getting Pokemon Let's Go Eevee/Pikachu, it's the best game to shiny hunt. It's very easy.

My first and only shiny egg Pokemon was a Yamask (Unova) I got after 513 eggs named Yesmask that eventually evolved into Coffin Dance the Coffigreguis so I love him a lot.
