Absolutely by far, one of the best (if not THE best) transformation video's I have seen. Why? Because you were honest... You showed that you failed. You video taped the fact you couldn't hang for the warm up. You didn't just show shots of you in shape AFTER the transformation. I saw the pain on your face, your belly hanging out, and the sweat pour. I couldn't watch this and NOT comment. Thank you.

These sentences worked great on me to keep me motivated
-If you want something you've never had, you have to be willing to do something you've never done.
    - If it is important for you, you will find a way.If not, you will find an excuse.
-You will never know your limits, unless you push yourself to them.
-Nothing that is worthwhile is ever easy, remember that.
-One of the greatest moment in life is when you realize that 2 weeks ago, your body couldn't do what it just did.
    I have a lot more ...

Honestly, drinking Coffee (Black) has Zero Calories. Great Staple for a Intermittent Fast routine. One hour of intense workout in the morning when you first wake up Warrents you all the Workouts Videos and Coffee you want. I know you were being smart and cheeky but your not far off a start to weight lose journey. You need little exercise to see results in your weight if you are not a "Athletic" person. Once you see gains you become addicted. I lost 55 pounds in 3 months by Skipping Rope, Walkin and minimal weight training. It is possible and it all starts with a Coffee and Workout videos.

I am a 29 year old guy and i was 200 pounds at 5'8" before starting insanity. i had some "athletic" (quote quote) background back in high school but not more than that. At this height and weight i was in the obese categories of bmi charts and everything like that. (and i felt fat) But now, i did insanity the best i could, fininshing in a pool of my own sweat everytime, i learned how to eat better with the nutrition plan and this morning i weighed myself at 168 for the first time since a looooong time! (probably high school) I'm currently doing my second round of insanity, week 2. Its a life changing experience. i look in the mirror and i am proud of myself and what i look like. I forgot how nice life was being in good shape. dont give up everyone! Love from Montreal, Canada.

Thats my goal! To get back to my high school weight or lower (140). I ran cross country and track and played basketball back in the days. I’m currently 28 yrs old and weighing in at 190, 5’7” and just gave birth to my second daughter a month ago. Just another 2 weeks before I can start doing some heavier workouts. For now, its just been yoga and light workouts. Lol.

That’s crazy. Good job man. I’m trying to loose weight to start the new year. That’s crazy how you lost 32 Lbs in 1 week. I’m currently 247 right now. So I wanna get down to at least 230.

@@1lakersfanlbj235 Hey man! What a coincidence I get a reply, to this comment made 6 years ago! Just to be clear, back in the days I lost 32 pounds in 10 weeks, not 1 week. But you know what, now I'm 36 and got back at 215 Lbs. I'm starting the exact same work out again now, though. My biggest challenge wont be to lose the weight I think, but to keep it off through continuous & sustained healthy life choices. I'm on day 3 of my program now. I wish you all the best to you. Being healthy is the best gift we can offer to our self and our loved ones.

He's really brave to be filmed with his tongue out. I can't even talk while I am doing Insanity's workout of the day. 10 minutes warmup feel like 30 minutes so when you have to hang on for 30 minutes after warmup it's like heading to hell with all the sweat and 1 litre of drinking water.

    Mate, good on ya.
I was in the same boat as you. Aged 44 and 20 kg's overweight with a BMI in the obese. Done lots of walking and knew i had to mix it up when i eventually walked 32km in the one week and didn't lose a kilo. Found Insanity and it's melting off me now. If people don't lose weight with Insanity it's because they aren't putting in the effort, plain and simple. I'm 19 kg's lightrer now and still have 9 kgs to go and have no doubt i will make it by day 60.
PS Couldn't even make it throught the warm up i was that unfit.
    Cheers

90% of buyers fail because not only do you have to work out but change your diet and that becomes expensive. .. when your ready to change your life you don't need anything but yourself no DVD'S not even a gym ...
just start with push ups and pull ups and start walking and start eating healthy and within a few weeks you will see a huge difference but the big problem is people think that you loose the weight and that's it and they go back to drinking and eating like before lol but getting fit is a lifestyle and it's hard ... good luck who ever had enough of being out of shape and don't waste your money on DVD'S just do your own research and get motivated that's all you need to get started

Matthew Sprague hey dude your definitely right, but I can feel where this guy is coming from. some people need a much bigger push into a new lifestyle and are not patient enough to just start off with weeks of light cardio (that's obviously still beneficial but people don't want to wait that long) and usually the motivation comes and stays when someone goes through a 60 day insanity challenge because after all of that hard work it's more unlikely the person would want to toss it all away, so they'd continue their healthy life style after the quick and much needed intense kick start that is insanity

I recently lost 55 pounds in 3 months. I followed CZcams videos myself, not DvDs but 6/1, half Dozen the other. You did a great job man, but I think you know that lol. I did my journey with Jump Rope, Nature Runs/Workouts and little weight training. Complete 180 degree diet change though. No fast food, no junk and no sugar for a year is my goal. I am glad you made this video, I wish I would have done the same. It is one thing to say you did a Journey like this, it's another to show it. Great job thoug, appreciate the video.

If anyone is interrested I am starting a new round of INSANITY this monday, january 6. If anyone wants to start it the same day, we'll be able to motivate and help each others to dig deeper and reach our personal goals. Let me know by a comment here who wants to join me! It is easier to go throught this journey when we are not 'alone'.

They kicked my ass thru different periods of my life when I kind of let myself go. it's better to be fit and such then fat, besides for some we get tired of it and want to change it, I'm trying to lose weight now. being 18 and 5' 9 at (before I started to do things) 225 it does get to be frustrating, so after 2 months I'm now 214-215, last year I was 226 and went all the way down to 211 then winter came.. got it back, but not this year.. I'm going to try to keep it off.
but anyways that aside people don't like how they look (I don't really but I still accept) and so they do what they do and lose it for my personal goals is just to lose the fat, and gain some muscel, I don't want to be a buff muscular guy but just average
