Hello! My name is Victor McBride, I created this video to show my 3 Month Journey from Fat to Fit. The video encompasses my first day lifting to my last weigh-In session, 17.6% to 9.1% Body Fat. The Results Are AMAZING!!! A Major Shout-out to Triple Threat Performance for making this happen! This gave me a new strength and outlook in life, If you put your mind to something and consistently work at it day- in and and day-out the results will speak for themselves. I never gave up! I hope you enjoy the video! SUBSCRIBE for what's next!
He went from dad jokes to being called daddy in 3 months
HAHAHA!!!!! Omg I’m laughing my butt off. Screen shot this for sure
id still call him daddy

I definitely think this is possible. He said that he used to be a college athlete so chances are that muscle memory played a huge part in this. We also have to take into account that he was following a strict diet and training regiment. This isn't the kind of results you can really get if you just started lifting weights. This is more so the result of an ex-athlete benefiting from muscle memory and strict diet.
Adrian Ruvalcaba you are the only person not talking shit here. Many people dont know the power of discipline and muscle memory because they dont have both.
how much tipme last muscle memory ? ie 1 year, six month or what? Regards
He didnt gain any muscle. Just lost fat.
Adrian Ruvalcaba lol muscle memory. fucking bro science.
listen when fat covers your muscles you have no clue how much muscle is under there. he just lost the fat.... muscle memory, lmao
Don't agree, there is no way he didn't gain muscle density in three months of hard training.
90% of this was a diet change.
Smartest thing anyone has said since the video was posted
@@HomeFitness101 dude do u still training?
CaramelKrista yes i sure do
@@HomeFitness101 you're looking great! Currently one month in and starting to hit a wall but you really gave me motivation.

Crazy transformation! If I managed to transform my body, everyone can do it. Diet is a crucial thing, without it exercise won't help at all. Many beginners struggle to find a proper diet because they want fast results and they end up with no results at all, less money in their pockets and health problems. I encourage you to do a research and find a diet that will work for you. If you still don't know where to start, try nextleveldietnet or dietarize as your starting point (first one comes with workout plan which I find convenient as it doesn't require going to the gym at all). This way results are guaranteed. 💪💪💪
You are right! The diet is the most important if you want to lose weight. I watched video of one personal trainer where he said that nextleveldietnet website provides personalized meal plans. I took it and lost 20lbs for 2 months. Believe me it works
Steroids then diet
Dang that burger at the beginning looked awesome!!!
Looked pretty nutritious too, by my lights.
If you think that burger looks good then you are the problem, not the burger. It looks like a heart attack. If you think that looks good then you have never seen a homemade organic meal. That looks really awesome.
That’s because It’s from inn n out
in n out baby
you cant belive how tasty it looks when you are on a cut....
Considering diet is probably 60 or 70% of the whole equation I wish he would have actually had some shots showing what he was eating.
Alex A Don't be like that, eat what u want in a small caloric deficit and u will get lean over time.
No he's right you couldn't do this eating nothing but sugar at a caloric deficit. You'd lose all your muscles and keep a lot of fat.
@@savage3114 say goodbye to muscle mass if you dont keep track of protein macros
Your making to much sense. You need to stop.
Find out what macros work best for you best clean healthy foods, avoid sugar like the plague, drink plenty of water and your body will change quick and you will feel better. Also don’t cut calories too much or you will lose muscle and fat, I learned the hard way

Meg Meg same here! I have a bunch of videos added to a YT playlist and videos like this remind me that it IS possible to achieve my goals - I just need to be consistent! Stay strong Meg we can do this 💪🏾
This is awesome!
Just a heads up to people with excuses...you do not need an expensive personal trainer and gym to achieve this. That is great too, but far from essential. What is important is:
- A will to change
- Keep going, even on the days when your mind is trying its hardest to make you give up
- Spend some time researching fitness
- Focus on resistance coupled with high intensity (calistenics is magic for those who want to avoid the gym)
- Pick a diet that works for you. My preference is keto in combination with calorie control.
- Stop trying to cut corners. It is hard work and determination.
- Give up alcohol. I know it is hard, but once your body gets stronger your senses will wake up and the lust for life will be switched on.
- Sleep! It is key.
- Stop being a punk. Work hard. Next day...repeat.
- A well planned training regime will have you training for less than an hour 5 times a week
- Diet is the most important factor, so do not have cheat days. Junk food, alcohol, late nights is not a reward, it is stopping you from being the best you can be.
- Have fun. Relax. Work hard. Good luck!

The one thing I have never understood are people who call it a fail if things don't go exactly as they planned at the gym, or elsewhere. It's never a fail if you keep trying. Not every day is going to be the best day, you have to have the off days to enjoy the days where you do really well, if you didn't, you'd never realize the difference.
Oh my gosh, when u added those chains for pull ups, my jaw dropped. Tremendous effort that I can see paid off! Good for you, and great inspiration for us.
I'm going to be 50 this summer and have been working out 7 days a week at 5 am every morning since November 1 of last year. It's never too late to look great and feel even better. You certainly are an inspiration Victor!!
THANK YOU!!!! You are too
AntiDot70 bro u should take a day to recover, that’s when bulk and muscle form

Amazing coaching with Determination to change- You did it🙌
Thank you!!!
I’m no expert by any means BUT that guy must have started at 215 with a decent amount of muscle....
I’m 215 of mostly fat and double his size....
Well... yeah I’ve always had muscle but the drive to change, the reversing diet, and workouts really make an impact. Plus 8-9 hours of sleep
@Victor McBride Yeah, but dude, come on. Kudos on the work, but it's nowhere near the same work and effort needed by people who did not have your advantages to start. Some of us strive to get to your before photo. You were a D-1 college athlete and not that far removed from it either. Again, great job on getting back in shape, but I don't think you appreciate or even realize how far ahead you already were when you started. You had a massive psychological and physical head start.
Great reply! I am absolutely understanding to those facts and i certainly appreciate the drive all my past experience has given me. I would want everyone to get to my ending photo as it’s a great goal. I continue to build on my prior years of lifting experience, as it’s a journey. I truly believe everyone can reach my ending after photo.

Great work seems like we were in same situation i was same weight as you did, Did have mass muscle also, I did lose around 4lbs in just 3 weeks wich is extremely good since i wasn't totally strict and clean on food due to $$$ and i didn't have any coach just Basic training and 40-50mins almost everyday cardio. This tells me i'm not doing bad at all ..
He is not 17.6% body fat to begin with, he's more like 20-22% % he's about 12-14 % at the end.
Maybe ?!
Yeah the previous one was definitely above 20. The after one is close to 10 tho
That first picture certainly looks like body fat % over 20%+ range to me. Body fat of 17.9% isn't even 'fat' to be honest. You'd usually be comfortably in your corrrect weight range at that point.
What!? Bahaha I'm crazy out of shape right now (250 lbs) & my body fat is in the 18% range. Comfortable is around 13% imo.
John Woolman Dont know about your situation, but my 2 ideas for you to be anything close to 18% is either if you are like a 6’10 tall guy, or you are using performance enhancing drugs to be below 20%. Anyways 18 % most likely should look like a person with a slight visible belly fat. Moreover u can also check it by yourself. Just google 18% body fat men and check and compare with the pictures you get.

much steroids
lmk when your fat ass gets out of the house. and steroids are fine dont lie about it i might eventually take steroids but i wouldn't lie. steroids to change the person im not hating but from 6 years experience at the gym either this was a year or 2 and he cut it to make it look shorter or took steroids either is fine and its good motivation for any 1 trying to improve.
I really hate this, you can tell on the side picture how he is inflating the belly just to pretend he is fat. I'm 6 feet tall, I'm not skinny, I had worked out a couple of years now, I past from 12 3/4 inchs arms to 15 inchs, I have a decent amount of muscle in my body, I weight 202 pounds, last summer I lost 30 pounds going to the gym 5 days a week, and I was able to look like him in the before picture, what a BS. I agree that he should tell us what was the cycle he used instead.
If it gets someone to change and start working out then yeah it's good motivation, whether it was natural or not people shouldn't base their gains off a video they saw then get mad about theirs if it wasn't the same. I also think steroids are fine if not competing, but it would be sad if someone had to lie about it. But at the end of the day it ain't our problem no point getting annoyed, or maybe you were trying to make people aware idk
I suffered from depression also. Changing my diet and exercise did wonders. Praying was the main solution though. God bless
good luck boy !!
Keep it up. Keep working towards goals.
Honestly he wasn't even that fat lol just had a little gut
I felt huuuuuuGE... lol

For those who think this is impossible remember:
This gentleman was a D1 Athlete at one point, so it may have taken a little less for him to get back into shape, but it doesn't undermine the amount of hard work he put into it. Set your goal and stick to it! Your mind dictates what muscles you put on.
DIET, DIET, DIET. working out for 90min can be a brutal workout, but the remaining 22 hours and 30 min of your day defines how that 90min was spent.
Don't get dissapointed if you dont see results in the mirror, it takes 8-12 weeks sometimes to see results (8 weeks in my case). Keep it up!
And most importantly....it's all you...ALL YOU BABY. Get your ass to the gym and don't be afraid of the weights. The weights are afraid of you when they see you walking through those doors!
All the people that are calling this fake fail to realize how much cleaning up your diet alone will improve your appearance. You could tell before that he had muscle, but he was holding a lot of water, most likely from all the fast food he was eating. Over consuming sodium will make you look bloated from the extra water weight.
Lol. I was out of shape, ate all the wrong things. Then changed everything. So it’s not fake.
@Demon Money Do you not know what cleaning up your diet means you moron? Yes, you have to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight, but that wasn't even the point I was making. Learn how to read.
Lol!!
OK let me tell you what he achieved it's not in 3months maybe 1 year of training can do this but not 3 months ...if he started gym for first one month there will be no gains only muscle breaks ..it takes time and I am doing this from past 1 and half years
It was 3 months dude.

Man this is incredible. I'm probably at your before stage right now - the shape of someone who used to work out. This has given me some motivation!
This is definitely natural, idk why people are saying roids. He used to be an athlete, fell off the training for a large amount of time and had poor diet so he was a prime candidate for a body recomp. Great results.
Thank you!
Love how you progressively look happier ! Proud and inspired! Im on my own journey to become stronger. Doing an 8 week training/diet program and this week was rough! This helped! Good job!

My upper body is more shredded, back especially back but I hold more fat in my lower body and this guy has more muscle mass than me. So 9%, I buy it for sure.
And of course these are machines and they're not telling the absolute truth, but you can get a somewhat clue where you're at if you take the tests with similar circumstances each time
Definitely no way that was only 17% in the before but impressive transformation none the less

For a while I had an unhealthy relationship with food. I saw it as a reward and indulged in alot of junk food etc. The key that changed everything was now seeing food as fuel for the body. The first week is the hardest but you'll be surprised how quickly it becomes a habit and easier. Then it's smooth sailing.
Diet: 2100 calories..Protein:200 grams, Carbs:150g and Fat 80 grams.
3 meals a day, no snacking. Last meal at 8pm, intermittent fasting(16 hours) and started eating again at 12pm the next day. No sugar, occasional coke zero for sugar cravings. Lots and lots of vegetables(you'd be surprised how full you will be). Download My fitness Pal app and buy some scales to measure your food. I drank 3-4 litres of water a day sometimes 5 on hot days. The water keeps you fuller.
Also I would consume most of my carbs in the morning and before lifting, no carbs for dinner.
Training:
Training compound movements 5 to 6 times a week, with the emphasis of maintaining/increasing strength on Squat, Bench press and Deadlift by lifting in the 2 to 8 rep zone.
HIIT was 30 seconds sprints, 30 seconds walking for 10 minutes, 3 times a week.
First month you will see a huge drop off the scales(alot of water weight) then it stabilises to around 0.1kg a day. You will have few days or a week where your weight will not drop, don't stress keep going.
I used this website to calculate how many calories I need to consume, based on height, weight, age and activity level.

Hope that helps, if you have any more questions feel free to ask. All the best for your weight loss

can't really tell you i just made my calcul from the percentage of fat he lost in 3 month and his final weight, i can't really judge because the way he train most of average people don't even do that much progression on their lift in sort short time while cutting
he might had have an increase of proteins balanced with lipids and health fat.

Heck yeah!!! Thank you!! Appreciate your support
This guy should be proud of what he accomplished. But... how many of us can afford our own coach with a gym like that who will put together a customized workout and customized diet plan? Again, I'm not faulting this guy for using the resources available to him. But the parts of this process that cause people the most stress and anxiety are precisely the parts he didn't have to worry about.
Well then one must plan and prepare financially for the future.
i feel like with all the videos out there on nutrition and workouts... for free.... ppl can teach themselves.
if they rlly wanted to
Brianna Quiroz you are completely right. 100%
I've lost 10 pounds off my "skinny fat" stomach by eating lean meat, more vegetables, and doing moderate weightlifting with 30 minutes a day elliptical. You don't have to train like some kind of pro athlete pushing a damn sled around like your about to go to war haha. If thats what he enjoys more power to him. I didn't have any coach. I just ate what seemed to be better for me. I have high liver enzymes so I base allot of what I eat around that. No more white bread empty carbs etc. Whole wheat, very little sugar and no processed foods at all. I am also getting stronger and bulking using just cable machines and press machines etc. A push pull leg routine. 6 days a week.
Glad I found this post Victor.
You have been the first example (live or drawing) that matched my body fat percent and my look.
I have been confused for months seeing guys online at 20% with visible abs or 30% with gut and fat everywhere, not finding anyone matching my specs.
My fiancee and I are committed to a 5am working out for the process and fun. We have been lifting since November, and moved to a consistent 5am schedule in May. It is nice to see strength grow every month for us both,... But there has been a yearning to know "what is possible" and what a lower body fat will look like on our bodies.
I thought a weight loss goal down to 180 would be good, closer to high school and college size. But I only learned at 30, that I was super underfeed and living a super low calorie level. My current strength, with rare exercise is dramatically greater, versus my extremely athletic high school and college schedule.
I have been stuck between 17-18% body fat for the six months I have been using a scale and between 215 - 220 lbs. Almost no fat anywhere you can use calipers, only my stomach and nipples. Scale consistently reads at 180 fat free body weight, so 200 and at least under 15% has become my new goal. Today I find you. Today I see what what my body type at 218 , 17% down to 200, 10%. Today I feel like I now have a good model for expectations for myself.
I see some comments below thinking you must be closer to 25 or 30 at the start... I think they are assuming a body that stores fat on thighs and butt. Maybe it is because I have been battling extremely low testosterone for 8 years, but for me (and maybe for you) my ass didn't exist and my thighs and calves are super lean. Everything is on my gut and just enough to pinch on at my nips. My arms and legs have visible vains all day, muscle definition is present everywhere. Not cut or striated, but nice lean curves. Not sure if you relate, but I think other's are confused, because like me, they have not been able to easily find examples like mine.
I rarely drink and rarely eat junk. Maybe 2 corn syrup drinks in a year. But this "beer belly" persists. And, I see 70 year old guys at mall or airport, with super lean legs, arms, necks, no butt,... But look like they are in third trimester about to give birth any day. I definitely don't want to be that guy. I hope we can all educate each other so everyone feels they do have a choice.
I got a Dominos ad at the start of this vid. LOL
Are you serious ? Lol!!
I'm not sure how he measured his BF% but he certainly looks more like the low 20s to start vs 17%... making this all the more impressive. Of course everybody wears it differently.
yeah agreed. Everyone is different.
I think that was perhaps one of the best transformations ive seen, well done man. I don't know this for sure ... but for all the people saying 'But he started off in great form', i would say honestly reflect if your saying that subconsciously as a way to tell yourself you can't do it. Humans have an amazing capacity sometimes to come up with excuses, sometimes were so good at excuses that we don't even recognize were doing it. If you want to carry on that way who am i to say you should change, otherwise no matter what shape and size you are go out there and do your best... you may not reach the end photo within 3 months if you have a different starting point (especially if your not being honest with yourself about your diet and routine) but you'll get to something your more proud of today, that is presuming your all here for self development
SOLID words. Thank you

You can do it!!! I believe in you. Just take it step by step and push harder every single day and you will never look back.
Age 24? He looks more like 35 lol
I'm 35....even I don't look "old." LoL. I still look like I'm in my 20's.
thought he was in his forties. see 24 and I'm like wtf?
i thought he was 50!!! holy shit
I'm sorry, what the fuck does the number 24 look like to you? Please enlighten us with your intelligence.
Playmaster I was gonna say he looks old as fuck
The before is surely much more than 17. Which makes the transformation even more impressive. Kudos

Insane transformation!💪🏻
Thank you! I appreciate that
Muscle memory is 100% legit! I’ve played football my whole life and was a 3 star football athlete in highschool and used to be able to bench 275 and squat 405. But covid came and took access to the gym and didn’t have a senior year of football. So I got fat and stopped working out BUT I just got into it again. After 1 month I’ve gone from 23% bodyfat to 20% body fat. Bench went from 135 for 2 reps to 195 for 1 rep, squat went from 145 with shitty depth to 225 with parallel depth. It feels good to feel like an athlete again!
He trained so much he’s becoming Saitama 😂😂
Denon Merlo no.... just no
So basically you added 3 lbs of muscle and lost about 20lbs of fat in 3 months. Very impressive.
Looks like more than three pounds to me!
I wish I could afford a personal trainer like that
Me too!
What
I wish this was more available to most people. I'd love to start this type of routine.
$300 a week on fast food ?
Tf would you be eating ? That's like $45/Day.
$1,200/month on fast food ?
well i mean you could easily spend like 25$ at hardees just for one meal XD i stopped eating fast food about 7 months ago and even with my inconsistent workout routine its definately helped keep off alot of fat
Eric Bee for sure.. but also mentally.. like fast food is like an addiction for me so I'm glad I stopped before it got bad. Now I'm pretty close to considering myself athletic again
wAveURonKiLLcAm thats great man! I only eat out once a week and its rarely fast food(ie carls jr or burger king). I noticed its easier for me to keep to my healthy diet during my work days then my off days. Need to work on that
Eric Bee weekends suck bc if you dont have things planned out then you end up just lying around and constantly wanting something to snack on to FILL that void of your empty life 😂😂😂
John Wick exactly lol.
Congratulations ! Excellent story & incredibly motivating.
when he said overcome the deppression.i felt that
50% was a change of diet, the other 50% the will to go beyond and reach this goal. Mad discipline and mad respect to you brother, keep it up! I'm actually studying to become a personal trainer and a nutrionist expert, always makes me glad see people do these crazy changes. Well done and go you!
👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽🫡
Bruh $300 a week on fast food. That’s $1200 a month, roughly $14,400 per year. I don’t know whether he’s loaded or whether he was stupid. At least he is way better off now 👍
Yep. You are correct
Great Video actually helps motivate me more I’m also at 17% body fat
Let me know how i can help
Its "easy" guys. Just find a good nutrotion and workout plan or hire a pt like this guy. And buy trenbolone, masteron, propinate, clenbuterol, winstrol. And some workout. Thats all :)
Great job Victor. Loosing weight is so much work both physically and mentally. I salute you.
THank you!!
2:19 Bryan Cranstooooon haha
I guess when you lose weight you lose the hair too lol
Jedi Moister actually when you use roids it naturally makes you bald
Nah actually to much protein in your diet can cause that..
Maan i was on a roll as well when this stupid corona happened, so depressing to not be able to go to gym....
I got you man. My next videos are all home workouts. Gonna be really fun to have the channel join in. Putting together a basic list of equipment so everyone can find it locally and join in.
That is one of the best transformation vids I've seen. Amazing man!
