What an easy quick way to have pockets made ahead. Love this.
I love these pockets❣️👍…. Simple & quick…. My kind of pockets
I love the pocket idea for a card making thought. Where you can put a note in each pocket. Include a photo in one etc. Things here in the gulf coast of southwest Florida Port Charlotte is opening up. Phase 2. I am back to work wearing a mask. Nice to see parking lots with cars and people. Sad to see a number of businesses closed for good. Both large and small businesses.
Love your 5 pockets pocket holder. They're so versatile and easy to make. I've made some of my own but with 3 pockets only. I'm going to make some with 5 like yours. Here in Southern California, few restaurants are open but with a 6 feet distance sitting. Our churches are not opened yet. Our church is big so we do internet service. 😷. Thrift stores are still closed! Bummer!!☹️. Department stores are closed but Hobby Lobby just opened on Saturday. I'm sure the rest will follow as well. Tuesday Morning will open on Monday! Yay!!! Lol! That's my update from here. Be safe and GOD Bless 🙏
Love the pockets💚
So love these. I made six folded and ready to decorate during your video. I enjoy all the different things you actually teach how to make.
These pockets are so cute Ms E and I love the paper the tags are covered in ❤
You are an amazing teacher.
Thank you for your videos
LOVE IT! Thanks for sharing this... I love unusual designs instead of same old, same old...
I watched Natasha’s too a couple of days ago. So fun to watch you both.🥰🥰
Great video with lots of great ideas! I love the leaf pattern you sewed on vellum. It looks like a string of Christmas lights also so I think you could color in the "leaves" to make them look like Christmas lights for a holiday embellishment. Warm regards, Janet
Loving this idea of making pockets
Enjoyed the video. I'm making some to use later. Thanks for sharing. Easy and fun.
I love your videos
Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. I'm still learning and so in love with all the notebooks, journals and tags. So beautiful 😍
I like this very much I like that you can make it all different sizes....thanks for sharing.
Thank you i love this idea especially the stitched look xxx
Nice and easy. I will be trying these for sure. Here in California we are in Phase 2. Hair salons, restaurants and churches just opened up with restrictions, of course. Thank goodness! I need a hair cut! 🤣😷
A very cool idea. Thank you for sharing and God bless 🙏
These are so pretty! You are so talented!
Yaaay! I ended up using a 12 x 12 sheet. Next time I'll use an 8.5 x 11. ❤❤❤❤
Beautiful pockets!
very cute love all the pockets
Cant wait to make these.
That was fun. Hugs. 🤗
I be doing them for happy mail you make them so tidy I get all messy with glue love the way you explain how to it thanks x
It’s amazing how you can take pieces of old paper and add bits of things and make something beautiful! Thanks for sharing
I am absolutely in love with this 5pocket addition. So incredibly versatile.
These are so useful in journal ❤
These are so pretty. tfs
Such fun! These will be fun in my bullet journal of major events in 2019 & 2020. Had a surprising breast cancer diagnoses last year and about the time I had the strength to get out and about visiting the virus hit & I had to take great care again:( Our county in Missouri has so far only had 9 cases and I only know one so consider myself quite blessed. God is so good and I want to make sure I have journaled that for these two years so my family will have a record of how GOOD & GREAT GOD IS when I get to go home to be with God in the future.
Amen!
Love this creative folding. I really like the "finished" look of inking, too!
My first time here, thank you for showing how to do some things:-)
Welcome and thank you for watching and joining us.
Fun!!!! Hugs!!!
Love the pockets. They look easy and fun.
I love it! Thanks for the inspiration
These are so adorable. Thank you for sharing!
Thank you for sharing 🌻
Thank you for sharing this tutorial. These look so fun.
I love it.
I will be making some to have ready for my journals. Such a nice way to have pockets and also makes nice happy mail. 😍😍😍
Great tutorial. Just one more great idea. Thank you for sharing ur ideas!! Ur terrific!! Be blessed & happy crafting!! 💐❤👼
Wow! These loom amazing! I love how easily they come together. Challenge or no challenge I will be making these. I just got out of my house for the first time since March 1 and one stop I made was to our local Goodwill where I was able to score a couple of older children’s books and a music book that I will use for some of your projects. I cannot wait to get started!
I just love these. Going to try to make them for some recipe books and put recipe cards❤️
Oh my gosh!! I was just looking at the treasure books video and then I look and you did it!!! Love it!!!
Love these pockets. I like the inking also. Makes it look finished. In Kingston TN. Church still closed. Lots of places are open. Still wear mask. Have missed 3 months of scrapbook and card crops. Ready to get back to those to feel normal again. Thanks for all the videos.
Another stunning creation. I love the stitched look as well. Will give me an excuse to use my new sewing machine. Thank you😃
Wow! Simply lovely! I really like the look of these simple, easy, lovely pockets! Thanks for another great tutorial. I love, love, love these papers you are using!
I just love all the videos, I've made so many of your books and today the pockets .
Loving these new pocket folds. Thanks for sharing. Here in Beaumont, TX, things are opening up slowly. Our church is really large and has 2 services on the main campus and 2 at another place at the same times with Pastor live on on virtual screens. We've not attended yet. We are near 70 years old and are not willing to test the waters yet. But we have it live on our computer at the same time.
This is awesome. I love to have multiple areas for several tags on one pocket. I love the paper you are using! Xx
Got to try these... so pretty!!!! Another great tutorial 💜💜💜
So like these. Definitely going to make some! ❤️🦋❤️🦋
Good evening Edith love these ❤️ thank you so very much. I’ve made ones with 2 pockets just small ones, but I think i like these better I will have to get busy in the morning ❤️🌹 have a blessed night
Just so pretty! I’m going to make these today! Enjoy church! Missing being able to fellowship with our members. But I definitely talk to them on FB. Thanks for posting the link for where you got the idea. I’m off to watch that now 😍
Oh these are just darling! I know I've made something similar before, but loved how you show how easy they are to make. I've made two so far and want to make more. I don't really "do" journals, but I think they'd be cute just to send inside a card to someone, filled with cute little tags and quotes and words (and maybe a gift card too!). I want to make more.. they are addictive!
This is a nice,easy tutorial😊Love it❤tysm for Shari g God bless
~ These are so cute :)
Love these! We are still in lock down in North Wales only allowed out to buy food and exercise nothing else is open. My husband also loathes going to the opticians and is always grumpy when he comes back home from his appointment !
I love this! And as you mentioned about "thinkin' about it and thinkin' about it"....that's probably my biggest obstacle in creating. Not sure how to get over that. 🙄
Hi E. watched you make three pockets. I can make the pockets but so far I don’t have stuff to decorate them. I have found a Etsy store in Saskatchewan and ordered some flower, butterfly’s ect. I’m going to wait and see how they come.your pockets look great.
I watched I think it was Tina colour paper. Toooooooo hard.
Watching replay. You took the words right out of my mouth.. was gonna ask if you could show us how to dye your paper.
I would also love to see a demonstration. What kind of paper do you spray dye and how do you flatten it afterwards. Loved this video. I’m a bit of a newbie to scrapbooking but I will definitely use this idea for that and
I’ll also make a card using this technique. Glad your life is getting back to normal slowly but take care. I’m in sunny S Outland and we are just starting to be allowed to slowly come out of lockdown xx
Anne I spray my papers and I lay them flat with something heavy on them. If still not flat enough I use my heat press on them. But usually they are fine after the heavy books.
Scrapbooking With ME Crafts thank you. So just copy paper or a better quality? Can’t wait to try it. Enjoy your Sunday xx
Can you make some of those strips of leaves and sell them in your store? I would be the first one or order them, Love your show - Pat Borza.
I'm in northern Virginia so phase one starts tomorrow with masks "required " inside public places - except medical reasons and I'm pretty sure it can't be enforced. I choose to wear one for my son's sake (Addison's Disease and Type 1 Diabetes) - he is 19 and chooses to not leave the house.
I'm mostly excited that more than ten people can be in a nonessential store like thrift stores (only one is open so far) and Joann Fabrics.
I love the pockets. I need to go watch Natasha.
Thanks for sharing!
-Darcy S.
This is amazing Edith. Also would work well in an album or could even be added to inside of a card to give more appeal! Be safe & TYFS
Oh how awesome, thank you so much, I love these. Can’t wait to make a couple. Oh and thank you so much for introducing me to shabbydabbydoodha. I am in love.
We’ve been lucky, no Covid in the town I’m from
I love these! I'm also an inker lol. This doesn't look complete to without!
Loving all your ideas and I have come up with what to put in a journel like this. Maybe the die cardboards. I know a lot of people keep them and can never find what make their dies are. Why not keep the cardboard organised in this sort of thing x
Great idea thank you for sharing.
Love watching how you decorate. I’m so indecisive it’s not funny. I seem to overdecorate or under decorate..I need to come to a happy medium
Hey E! If you have that kind of magazine surfaces do you want a mat look- how would you do that? Sometimes I get mags that would be perfect except for the surface is shiny? Anyone else?
I copy things that are glossy on my printer to the thickest paper my printer can handle. Some printers won't do thick paper, I got lucky. Hope this is helpful.
What is the name of the butterfly set you purchase from the shabby etsy store?
I love making these I use anything that's hanging around you can make a great vintage looking pocket with newspaper aswell thank you edith. My evening planned ...making a pile of pockets!!!! Xxx love it xx
I love these, gonna have to make some. I have a question, how do you get your died papers so flat & smooth? You have really inspired me to get back in my craft room. Thank you so much.
I spray them and lay them flat with heavy books and things on top of them. Thanks so much.
We are slowly getting back to normal my church has not open the doors yet And I'm located in New Jersey
What kind of printer do you use?
I have an HP laser and an HP 2640. Just a cheap one.
You are like me we play with our paper move it here or let's try it that way no is
