A cancer diagnosis can be incredibly isolating and terrifying for everyone it touches. Cancer patients end up hearing a million things from the well-intentioned people around them who are just trying to be helpful, but what about the things they do need to hear?
The Colorectal Cancer Alliance, the nation’s largest nonprofit organization dedicated to ending colorectal cancer, has released a new public service announcement series called ‘The Things You Hear.’ The goal is to educate the public about the importance of colorectal cancer screenings and share the many ways the Alliance supports those diagnosed and their loved ones.
