Don't do it like this. I know it sucks, but the best way is to chug as much as you can. Also Pro Tip - You don't have to drink the whole bottle. You can stop once your stool is liquid and essentially clear.

Before my first one I searched tips extensively after my husband’s miserable attempt and retching all the time so not finishing properly. It said to drink it very cold through a big smoothie straw (to reduce aftertaste) and then immediately suck on a lemonhead after straw chugging. I added in holding my nose while I chugged and prep was a breeze for me. Won’t ever fear getting to clear! 😂😂
