    I like it because of the hammer climb Limburg. Riding in my birthplace and seeing my dad in the actual footage cheer for me every time I’m getting up the Vaalserberg 😎

    As I’m an older man (75) not into racing I’ve been with Kinomap for quite a few years. Really enjoy it and helps my fitness in the Scottish winter! I also enjoy uploading mainly Scottish videos, which there was a shortage of when I first started. I’ve cycled virtually on all continents of the world except Antarctica and seen some amazing places, on and off roads, including iced over lakes!!

    Best indoor riding app for mountain bikers that I have used so far (I am also on Zwift and Rouvy AR). More than enough user generated MTB videos with very accurate resistance levels and so far best solution for my 5 year old son on a 16 inch Prevelo MTB with Kinetic Road with small wheel adapter. I created a Playlist of shorter videos for my son in the 10 to 20 minute range. I'm using a Santa Cruz 5010 v3 with a Tacx Flux S along with the Kinetic front wheel swivel for both myself and my son. Pandemic lockdown must have.

    Brilliant app and so easy to record and post your own favourite rides/ Strava segments. You can also get a family membership which is great value, it means my wife and I can ride separate trainers with our own ipads/ pc's on a course at the same time.

    The reason I chose Kinomap is mainly the large number of videos available, also in South Limburg in the Netherlands where I live. I also tried Rouvy and Bkool, also good but few videos in my area. And yes Zwift .... I don't like those plastic images and all that social race against each other. Everyone their own thing. It is true that when you have an old Android version it sometimes has problems making the connections but now I have Android 10 and it all works fine. And yes, it is and remains a simulation, you never get the real feeling of cycling outside, but it is still a reasonable alternative when it is raining and cold.

      @andyhaochizhang Před 3 lety

      Me too, I'm not really into racing so don't and found the social element of zwift not that interesting to me. I get bored after 20min of Zwift but Rouvy can keep me entertained for more than an hour.

      Bought an ELITE MUIN B+ and never was able to use app requiring bluetooth (ie didn’t have a desktop version permitting ANT). Service from ELITE was very disappointing. Seems Kinomap will compete with Fulgaz for “real life” video?

    Got an email from KinoMap inviting me to another 2 month free trial.
    Cool I thought, so I installed the app on my Galaxy S10 and gave it a try.
    The whole process was so frustrating, from sensor detection, slow to load rides, clunky remote screen. I would not pay for this product.
    This is what I love about TrainerRoad, it just works every time with no stuffing around.

    Been using Rouvy over 2019. I'll give this a try as well. See how they compare. For me the accuracy and responsiveness of the smart trainer control in structured training is key. Rouvy seems to have been dropping that a bit in the last few months

    Parabéns pelo vídeo. Tenho usado o kinomap porém sinto que nas subidas e nas descidas o percurso não está sincronizado corretamente. Quando está pra chegar uma subida, as vezes o rolo pesa antes de chegar na subidae nas descidas da mesma maneira. Será que tem como resolver isso?

  • @elizabethmajor1820

    So what this is a CZcams version of training apps were you can upload your epic rides and follow along to other and you get a notification when your favourite rider posts something...new platform for the GCN channel to post on....wish they had GoProed the tandems in the last presenter challenge - those would be a fun ride along.
    All that’s missing is cats somehow.

    I’ve tried zwift which is very good I like the idea of riding with other people unfortunately most of the group rides drop me pretty quickly as I’m old and not fast Rouvy is ok but I find the climbs far harder than they would be in real life. Kinomap is good and half the price of Zwift . FulGaz is good but doesn’t have an auto pause function which rules it out for me

    • @andyhaochizhang
      @andyhaochizhang Před 3 lety

    I tested Kinomap one month with my elite direto smart trainer. It reacted for from accurate. Very annoying.
    Also al lot of videos with bad quality or very short videos. Apparently everybody can upload everything.
    The app Rouvy worked much better than Kinomap, good accuracy with my smart trainer.
    But now I use zwift again. No real world but more fun and social rides.
